It was a great stay here! We were 2 family with 3 active kids and even the parents had a few minutes to talk each other thanks for the kid friendly environment. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Only thing we missed a bit is the English menu in the restaurant because we could talk only in English and Hungarian languages but with the help of the staff it was also fully manageable. All in all, this is great place, I can only suggest to go here.
Great hotel. Very clean, friendly staff. Stayed in a 3* room. Very nice landscape. Big playground for kids including animals they could play with. Would recommend!
Working a project camp at JUFA Neutal wasn't the easiest experience.
Food wasn't great, the chefs were trying, but the ingredients were clearly inferior.
Had to ask for basic things several times, like getting water and a board for the classrooms.
They overcharged our company, added non-existent fees to our final bill.
Not satisfied with the service we received :(
We arrived here after a long 22km hike and the staff were very friendly and helpful in providing food and drinks even though the kitchen was closed. The pool is also fantastic.
